	Hell's Half Mile Hell's Half Mile is a German style Helles Lager that is pale gold with a creamy white head. Helles is German for bright. Hell's Half Mile has an appealing grainy aroma with a slightly sweet malty flavor yet perfectly balanced with traditional noble hop characteristics. Don't let the light color fool you! This full bodied beer is complex and refreshing! 5.8% abv and 20.4 IBU This beer was the summer 2012 Mid-West Regional Gold medal winner at the United States Beer Tasting Championships for Dortmunder/Helles catagory. 	Charity Island IPA Charity Island IPA has the bold and assertive hop characteristics of an American IPA. Brewed with 100% malted barley, the five hop additions give an aroma with a rich citrus, floral, and resinous bouquet. The crisp hoppy flavor is in perfect harmony with the malt backbone with a refreshing, clean, and dry finish. 6% abv and 72 IBU Read a review here

	Fortunato Fortunato is a Belgian-style Trappist Ale. This high alcohol (7.5% abv) and very complex ale is brewed in the finest Belgian tradition. Like most Trappist style ales, Fortunato's complexity comes from using authentic Belgian ingredients as well as an authentic Belgian Trappist ale yeast. 	Giant Slayer Russian Imperial Stout This Russian Imperial stout is just bursting with an abundance of character! One of our biggest beers, coming in at 9% abv, is sure to be the new favorite of stout fans. Giant Slayer is an intense stout that presents itself with huge roasted, chocolate, and coffee malt flavors. Although well hopped, this beer is still very balanced. 	Black IPA Never had a Black IPA before? Think of our Charity Island IPA and folded on top of that some dark roast and hints of chocolate. Black IPAs are a relatively new style of beer and are one of the hottest styles in the craft beer world. 6% abv and 73 IBUs

	Torchon - Belgian Pale Ale Our newest beer is light amber in color with a moderate fruity and light spicy aroma derived from our Trappist yeast. The flavor of this medium-light bodied ale has a balanced fruity and biscuity malt taste with subtle hop bitterness. This session ale is an excellent introduction to Belgian style beers 5.5% abv and 26 IBUs

	Wee Heavy Scotch Ale Our Scotch ale is light brown in color with a tan head. Brewed with a unique combination of five malts and hopped in the Scottish tradition. The gives an intensely rich yet clean malt flavor withsubtle dark dried fruit notes that finishes slightly sweet. 9% abv 31 IBUs This beer was the 2012 Mid-West Regional Gold medal winner at the United States Beer Tasting Championships.

	Mon Tresor Mon Tresor is a Belgium Tripel infused with lavender during the brewing process. This is a high gravity beer! The aroma is a complex blend of floral and spicy notes. The unique marriage of the BelgiumTappist yeast and lavender give this beer the unique floral and spicy flavor of ginger, cinnamon and pepper which is supported by a subtle malt character. 10% abv 22 IBUs

Our Seasonal Beers

	Phelan Irish Red Phelan Irish Red is an authentic Irish Ale with its own unique flavor. It is medium bodied with a deep ruby color, moderate malt aroma, and a creamy, tan head. We use a unique combination of pale ale malt, caramel malts, and roasted barley to give a subdued sweetness with a slight toffee-like quality. Our multi-step, infusion mash process gives a distinctive maltiness with a dry, clean, roasted grain finish. The malt characteristics are balanced with a light, smooth bitterness and low hop aroma from traditional English hops. Phelan was awarded a Bronze Medal at the World Expo of Beer in the Spring of 2007! 4.8% abv & 27 IBUs

	Brownhoist Nut Brown Ale Brownhoist draws its name from the rich industrial history of Bay City. Industrial Brownhoist was once a major manufacturer of industrial cranes, where many are still in operation today! Our Nut Brown Ale is medium bodied with a rich mahogany-brown color. We use five different types of premium-malted barley and two hop varieties for the malty flavor with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Brownhoist was awarded a Gold Medal at the World Expo of Beer in the Spring of 2012! 4.8% abv & 28 IBUs

	Phoenix Golden Ale The original! This was our first beer that was named in honor of the last independent brewery to operate in Bay City, The Phoenix Brewing Company. Phoenix Golden Ale is an authentic German alt beer. Four different malted barleys are used in conjunction with a complex multi-step, infusion mash profile. The composition of the grain bill results in a dark gold color to Phoenix Golden Ale. Phoenix has a lager-like smoothness with an ale-like taste that is richly malty and long on the finish. 6% abv. 	Cedarella IPA We've taken Charity Island IPA and aged it several weeks on Spanish Cedar spirals and dry hopped with whole Cascade hops. Cedarella IPA has heavy wood and pepper aroma with a hint of grapefruit. The taste is dry with a balance of peppery wood and bitter grapefruit. 6% abv 72 IBUs

	Dragon Slayer - Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout This is our Russian Imperial stout aged for at least 6 months in whiskey or bourbon barrels (we switch it up from time to time). This is a must try for any true stout or barrel aged beer lover. 10-10.5% abv & 66 IBUs Read a review here

	Regimental Reserve - Barrel Aged Scotch Ale This is our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale aged for at least 6 months in whiskey or bourbon barrels. 10.5% abv & 31 IBUs

Our beers of the past... These beers are gone by not forgoten...
	Lumberjack Pale Ale Lumberjack is a traditional style American Pale Ale brewed with 100% malted barley. Lumberjack is full bodied with a perfect citrus hop aroma and smooth hop flavor. Although brewed with plenty of hops, Lumberjack also has plenty of malt character. This traditional style ale is crisp and refreshing presenting a smooth and enjoyable drinking experience for any time of the year. 4.5% abv This beer is no longer available.

	Dry Dock Irish Stout This Dry Irish Stout has a black hull, with planks of mahogany highlights and creamy long lasting tan froth, above deck. It is a medium bodied, smooth stout brewed with four varieties of malted barley in the Irish tradition. The aroma has tides of subtle chocolate with a robust coffee wake. The initial flavor features hints of chocolate and rich coffee that sails smoothly to a dry roasted malt finish with a perfect balance of hop bitterness. 4.8% abv. Dry Dock is no longer available.
